Small Good Things: A Journal to Help You Feel Good By Doing Good - encourages you to do a small good thing for yourself and a small good thing for others each day.
Every now and then, it invites you to look back and take in the impact you're making or offer words of encouragement and gratitude. Really simple.
I had been feeling sad and in a funk. Not sure exactly why, but I woke up in the middle of the night remembering how good it feels to do good things for other people. Then I thought of this journal - only it didn't exist, so I made it.
Then I thought it would be great to send small good things rippling all over the world, so I published it.
Do this journal as a solo journey, as a couple, as a family, with friends, or with your faith group or book club, etc. Or do it with me and we'll share our journey with each other!
I have pages of studies that show the benefits of self-care -and- doing good things for others. I'll be sharing some of that info. Feel good by doing good.
