Pork Stir-Fry Dinner

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced (tip: slice against the grain!)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger (optional but magical)

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Swirl in oil.
  2. Sizzle garlic and ginger for 30 seconds—smells amazing!
  3. Stir-fry pork until browned, about 4–5 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli, cook 2–3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  5. Drizzle soy sauce, toss to coat. Taste and adjust.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles and celebrate your brilliance.

  • Thin slices = tender pork every time.
  • Broccoli stems? Chop and throw them in!
