Pork Stir-Fry Dinner Jump to Recipe Adjust servings: Ingredients: 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced (tip: slice against the grain!) 2 cups broccoli florets 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp grated ginger (optional but magical) Instructions: Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
